Processing Time

Each Zayak Craft piece is handmade to order in Multan, Pakistan. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before dispatch. Blue pottery and camel skin lamps may occasionally require up to 7 business days during busy periods.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide via reliable international couriers (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use it to follow your parcel on the courier’s website.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Zayak Craft has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Packaging

All fragile items — including blue pottery and camel skin lamps — are individually bubble-wrapped and packed in double-walled export boxes. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.
